Adios fellow Millenials.

Hello! we are the millennials.

We are a generation where a streak of

irresponsible acts are considered to be cool.

Stories of notoriety helps us gain status

Amongst strangers we will never see again.

Where trysts with destiny and star-crossed

Lovers seem to happen every two days.

We lose ourselves in arms of unfamiliar

People, tattooing our names on their lists

And getting their names on ours.

Where numbers matter, as if

They are the real grades of

Our social life.

Where we start faking happiness,

And joy by screwing up our faces,

And parading that for a world that

Doesn’t care to see.

We are obsessed with profanities

Wherein they seem to slide off

Our tongues faster than apologies

And words of gratitude do.

We are the cool generation, a couple

Of bad-asses, pressing the self-destruct

Button with our eyes closed

And mouths wide in a smile.

So this is my last post. I haven't really had time to manage this site. So I'll be taking this down in the next month so that I have enough time to back up the things I've already written.
